"The Orphan" only 4 barrels were created from grapes of a dry grown vineyard with very low yield (1/2 ton per acre) and intense flavours. The vineyard has been removed to make way for new development. After gentle crush of the grapes and controlled fermentation it was put in 3 year old French and American oak to mature for 36 month before bottling.
