Selvaggio — meaning ‘wild’ — is a Wild Ferment Chardonnay born from winemaker Charlie Scalzi’s curiosity and a deep-rooted family tradition. It began with two barrels of 2008 vintage Chardonnay, when the idea of fermenting without any cultured yeast quickly took hold. The result was so captivating that Selvaggio has become a proud and regular part of the God’s Hill story.
