God’s Hill Wines - Barossa Valley Wine Range
Permanent Arm Cabernet Sauvignon Museum Stock 2012
In Stock
Permanent Arm is a style we used to establish our Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard and involved wrapping 2 canes onto the trellis wire, one to either side of the vine trunk. Each winter we prune back the last season’s wood to the permanent arm ready for the next season. Each year God’s Hill vineyard produces wines of excellent quality mainly due to the expertise of the Vigneron in keeping the vineyard in balance. Constant care in shaping the canopy and removing excess fruit after veriason has allowed the vines to ripen the fruit at their optimum.
