This Cabernet Sauvignon is an example of what can come out of Barossa. The fruit with non interference and careful winemaking procedure has allowed this wine to develop itself in the class of all fine Cabernet. Well structured with loads of rich ripe fruit flavour and fine tannins staining your palate and asking for more.
It will accompany well most dishes, in particular meat, cheese, pasta a ragu and some gamey dish.
With careful cellaring this wine will continue to age in years to come.
